Every player agrees to these rules when reserving a court. They keep play fair, the facility safe, and the courts in top condition for everyone.
All players must reserve a court prior to playing. Reservations are allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis to ensure fairness and proper scheduling. Walk-ins are not permitted to occupy courts without a prior reservation.
Players officially registered with the club may book their court time up to one week ahead. This gives them priority access and helps us manage court availability effectively.
Players who are not registered must contact RBA directly to make a reservation. This keeps court access organized for everyone, regardless of registration status.
Any non-member using the court must pay the club's hourly fee. A waiver form must also be signed and returned before entering the court to acknowledge and accept the liability terms.
To maintain safety, avoid overcrowding, and let players focus, no spectators are permitted in or around the court area under any circumstances.
When other players are active, do not linger in or near their court. This prevents distractions and reduces the risk of accidental injury from players or equipment in motion.
Players are solely responsible for their belongings. The club does not assume liability for any lost, stolen, or forgotten items, so keep your valuables secure and double-check the court before leaving.
Once a court has been assigned, use only that court. Switching to an unoccupied or another reserved court without prior approval from staff disrupts scheduling and creates confusion.
Start your session on time.
Reservation slots are fixed. If players arrive late, they forfeit that portion of their session, and no extra time will be provided.
Leave the court area immediately after your session is over.
Players are required to vacate the court promptly when their reserved time ends so the next players can begin on time.
For safety and health reasons, players must remain within their assigned groups. This minimizes the risk of spreading illness, particularly during the pandemic.
To protect the court surface and ensure player safety, only proper badminton shoes with non-marking soles are permitted. This prevents unnecessary wear and tear on the flooring.
Players are expected to clean the court with the Kärcher cleaning machine provided. The process takes only 30 seconds and keeps the courts ready for the next users.
Place used shuttles in the small bins beside each court.
Food is prohibited in the court area to maintain cleanliness and avoid spills that could damage the flooring or create hazards for players.
Throw away all trash, especially empty beverage containers, in the bins provided. If a spill occurs, inform our staff immediately so it can be cleaned up and prevent accidents.
Players must cancel their court reservation at least 72 hours in advance. This gives the club time to reallocate the court to other players.
Any cancellation made within 72 hours of the reserved time is not eligible for a refund. This keeps the scheduling system fair for everyone.
Players who repeatedly cancel or fail to show up may face restrictions on future reservations. This ensures fair access for all members.
